1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all provinces and regions within South Africa only. International shipping is not available at this time.

All orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address is accurate and complete.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days of successful payment confirmation. Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately upon successful payment.

3. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location within South Africa.

• Gauteng and surrounding provinces: Typically 3–4 business days
• Other provinces: Typically 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, strikes, or road conditions).

4. Shipping Costs

A fixed courier fee of R70 is charged per order, regardless of the number of books ordered (up to 20 copies).

The shipping fee is calculated at checkout and is non-refundable except in cases where:

• The book is damaged or defective upon delivery
• An incorrect or incomplete book order is received
• The package is returned as undeliverable (see Section 6 below)

5. Delivery Address Responsibility

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery details during checkout, including:

• Full residential or business address
• Correct suburb/area code
• Valid postal code
• Clear instructions for delivery (if applicable)
• Valid contact number

We are not responsible for:

• Packages delivered to an incorrect address due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you
• Packages left at incorrect locations as per instructions given by you
• Theft or loss of packages after delivery to the address you provided

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered to the address provided (for example, if the address is incomplete, incorrect, or the recipient is not available), the courier will attempt redelivery or leave a notice.

In cases where a package is returned as undeliverable:

• We will contact you within 3 business days to provide alternative delivery instructions
• Additional courier fees may apply for redelivery
• If no contact is made or alternative arrangements are not confirmed, the package may be returned to sender after 10 business days
• You will be responsible for any additional costs incurred

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking reference via email. You can use this reference to track your package's progress with the courier service.

8. Risk of Loss or Damage in Transit

Risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you once the package has been delivered to the address provided. The courier company is responsible for the package during transit.

If your package is damaged upon delivery:

• Do not accept the delivery or note the damage on the delivery note
• Contact us immediately with photographs of the damage
• We will coordinate with the courier to file a damage claim and arrange a replacement or refund
